When William, an immature twenty-something traveling across Europe, finally gets to Copenhagen, his father's birthplace, he meets the youthful but wise Danish girl Effy. Together they set off on an adventure to find William's grandfather and along the way develop a unique relationship that changes their lives forever. Award winner.
